"I've been with this office for at least 7 years and have always had great customer service. Most recently I requested a new boat policy on a Friday afternoon, and Nora worked her magic and had me insured and on the lake by the end of the day. "Really dislike how difficult it is to get a hold of anyone at this office. The prompts always ask to leave a voicemail and someone will call back. Was told someone is in the office but it never has gone directly to a person answering, its immediately the prompts to essentially press 1 to check on a claim or report, 2 for billing and 3 to leave a voicemail."
